On Sunday, November 03, 2019, the Delaware National Guard held its Camp Honoree Ceremony on the grounds of the 193rd Regional Training Institute at Bethany Beach. The annual ceremony recognizes an individual whose name will be displayed at each training site throughout the state in honor of their service to both the military and state. Maj. Gen. Terry L. Wiley was this year’s Camp Honoree.
