Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program

The Delaware National Guard (DNG) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program Office team of Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs) and Victim Advocates are available to assist victims (survivors) of sexual assault. The DNG SARCs serves as the single point of contact for integrating and coordinating sexual assault victim (survivor) care for members of the DNG and DoD community. The SAPR office is also responsible for providing Sexual Assault Prevention training throughout the Army and Wing.  The SAPR office works hand-in-hand with the Services and the civilian community to develop and implement innovative prevention and response programs.  DNG’s SAPR mission is to provide high quality services and support to victims and survivors of sexual assault that strengthen their resilience and instill confidence and trust in the reporting process, whether they file a restricted or unrestricted report.
