The Delaware National Guard, along with Del. Governor John Carney, just promotes Adjutant General, Brig. Gen. Michael Berry, to the rank of Major General, during a ceremony outside Legislative Hall in Dover, Aug. 10th. Berry took the role as Adjutant General in March of this year.
